A successful pre-match lunch yesterday before the ladies game. Enjoyed by all 😀

30/10/2026

It's a busy one for The Crosse Bar this weekend. Friday evening is a private booking with a Halloween/birthday party, followed by the men's 2's playing a home game on Saturday afternoon. Remember it's an earlier ko of 2pm now the clocks have gone back. Sunday sees the ladies playing a home game, also a 2pm start, and the first pre-match lunch for a ladies team in Sussex. If you don't have any plans come along and support your teams and enjoy a few drinks in the club house. We look forward to seeing you 😀

The bar was busier today than we thought it would be given the weather. Well done to all those who played today, whether it was in Eastbourne, Brighton or Hellingly and thank you to all who turned up to support the boys and the club. 😀

If you're wondering what to do on Saturday there are still places available for the pre-match lunch this Saturday. Why not book and come and enjoy a delicious 3 course meal and some good rugby with the 1's kicking off against Old Rutlishians at 3pm. Booking for the lunch closes on Thursday at 2pm. We hope to see you Saturday 😀

What a great first lunch of the season and well done Imogen Hawes on catering your first one! The ladies have their first game at home tomorrow, so come on down and show them some support. The Crosse Bar will be open throughout the day 😀
