Introducing 1-5 Burnt Oaks.
Given these were at block beam stage at Christmas, I’m really proud of the team for what they’ve achieved in 4.5 months.
Today the baths were being fitted in plots 1-3 ready for the tilers to start Monday.
The front two are running just two weeks behind the back 3, so I expect to see the scaffold dropped from those in the next fortnight.
Well done Tony, well done team 👌🏼

The Burnt Mills project of 5 chalet bungalow style houses is flying along!

Last week also saw the new bell mouth entrance started, which encroached on the driveway of the bungalow next door.

Planning permission was given for us to create a new road layout making access to the existing bungalows driveway being gained from the road of our new scheme.

We fully refurbished this 3 bedroom bungalow over the last few months, it’s now for sale with the agents Binks & Brown of Corringham.

Today I went to take photo’s of our latest new build, we’re a couple of snags away from completion (landscaping is by a third party).

I have to say, the lads have done a lovely job creating this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom with 2 reception rooms home.

We completed this in 6 months and stuck to our contract timescale to the day! (Well done Tony)

The reason for taking photos of this today prior to the landscaping guys being finished was I wanted photos before the proud owners move in.

Keith & Louise, you started out as my customers, you are now my friends. I sincerely hope you enjoy your new home as much as we’ve enjoyed creating it for you

Here’s a sneak peek at our next, somewhat larger project.
Over the years we have completed many single & even double plot home builds, however now, as well as the single & doubles running in the background we’re about to crank it up a notch!
We’re building our first ever street!!
This is going to be a close made up of 5 houses, 2 pairs of semi detached house’s & 1 detached.
It’s been a long time coming, what with planning etc, but finally we’ve had the site cleared.
Today the guys were in soil testing, from Monday next week the temporary surface road goes in & our piling team start on the 6th of October 👌🏼👏🏼

Kitchen delivery booked for 30th of this month.
