Poppy’s recently tried a bottle of our Rotari Cuvée 28 sparkling rose and here’s what she thinks of it!

This sparkling rose was a perfect choice for the wonderful sunny weather we’ve been experiencing. With notes of strawberry and red currant, it’s a dry, but extremely drinkable bottle! I would recommend pairing this bottle with grilled fish, or even an array of light snacks to show off its fruity aromas. 🥂🍓
