I’ve just tried this interesting orange wine from South Australia called Esoterico (esoteric) - but there’s nothing hidden about its marmalade and savoury palate!

There’s a little subtlety to the dried apricot aroma and its a dry medium bodied wine that I’d pair with spicy Asian cuisine, perhaps one to take to .indianfusion to show off how much you know about wine with your fancy orange wine!”
