You should all be massively proud of yourselves and we thank you for being part of something that clearly has an exciting future for both the school and our event!

Forecast were this year’s winners and will open our festival on Saturday 11th July 2026! 🙌

Thank you to the judges and the folk who came and showed their support, the sound, light and stage hands, and very special thanks to Darren Kenway for your time and effort spent with these bands and for organising and hosting what was a most excellent evening for all!

Tomorrow marks the first of what will hopefully become an annual event at Outwood Academy Easingwold; the winner of which will open at the RAOTW event in July.

To help judge the competition, we’re really pleased to be joined by Anthony Drum Medd; Drummer of Rocketsmith, The Coverups and Event Organiser at Pickering Rocks, Richard Graves; Singer of Skint and Event Organiser at RAOTW and Richard Tanfield; Event Organiser at RAOTW.
