I know we're a little while off yet but on Sunday 26th of July we will be hosting a garden party in celebration of my 20th anniversary as Licensee of The Green Tree. Hedgehogs and owls need protection due to declining populations caused by habitat loss, road accidents, rodenticide poisoning, and human disturbance.

Its 4 years since we last had to replace the battery in our Village defibrillator. The pads are replaced annually at a cost wether used or not. Its a community asset which The Green Tree maintains with electricity and by providing updates to the NHS database. There are over 300 houses in the village alone. I'm asking for help to raise the funds of £250 to pay for the new battery. Anyone who would like to contribute (any amount) will be ensuring we maintain this life saving equipment. Please drop any donations off at the pub.
