Slow roasted topside beef, served with all the trimmings- carrots, parsnips, mash, roasties, Savoy cabbage, stuffing, cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire pudding and rich gravy. Everything you expect from a proper Sunday done right, especially during the bank holiday.
