As promised, we said we’d keep you up to date with progress.

We have had communication from Carvers, one of the agents sourcing prospective tenants for Lionsgate, however we have been sworn to secrecy for the next 4-6 weeks before we can say anything.

We will make a statement once they’ve confirmed we can.

En route to Chateauneuf du Pape we stopped off in a little town called L’isle-sur-La-Sorgue. At lunch Julie spotted a rosé on the menu that she knew we could get in England. Needless to say it had to be appraised…

While we’re away our Bar Manager Andy is hosting a “1940’s Weekend”. Safe to say he goes all-in on the decor (he will be wearing a full uniform whilst behind the bar too along with playing a full range of 1940’s bangers)

We’re in Nice for a couple of days and have been surprised that there’s a few “craft beer bars” here. TBH, the beers were OK, absolutely nowhere near the fantastic brews we get in the North East.
However…. Their Provençal rosé is off the chart good!
