Our aim is simple: to offer warm Turkish hospitality, freshly prepared meze and delicious charcoal-grilled dishes in a welcoming new setting. We cannot wait to welcome both familiar faces and new guests to Savant.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Antioch’s previous owners for everything they created here, and we wish them every success for the future.

Vibrant, fresh, and full of authentic flavour. 🫒✨

Watch how our classic Hatay-style Zeytin Salatası comes together: diced tomatoes, finely chopped fresh parsley, vibrant red peppers, and pitted green olives gently coated in a signature dressing of extra virgin olive oil and rich pepper paste.

A true Hatay classic that brings the perfect crunch and zest to your meal.

Turkish cuisine is packed with fresh and flavourful meat-free dishes, and our Kisir is a great place to start ❤️

Made with crushed wheat, fresh mint, parsley, green onions, herbs, and tomato sauce, it’s a traditional Turkish favourite that’s full of flavour.

Alongside Kisir, you’ll also find vegetarian favourites such as Hummus, Babagannush, Imam Bayildi, Sebze Güveç, and more.

One of Turkey’s most iconic spirits, Yeni Rakı is double-distilled and infused with aniseed, giving it its distinctive flavour.

Add a splash of water and watch it turn cloudy white, earning it the nickname “Lion’s Milk” 🦁

Traditionally enjoyed alongside Turkish cuisine and shared with friends and family, it’s a true taste of Turkish culture.
