📢 Announcement 📢
Unfortunately in business, not everything goes the way we want things to. Sometimes we work very hard, put in lots of effort and it just doesn't pay off.
With The Barrels, we feel that is the case. This may be because I personally done things wrong as an owner. I maybe made wrong choices and decisions and I will live with them decisions and I will learn from them.
We have made the tough decisions to not renew our lease at the pub. We have tendered our notice and are now making plans for giving up the pub.
We have messaged all functions and offered alternate venues or refunds.
Personally, I am gutted. I have failed in a business. I have failed to make it work and grow it but unfortunately I need to think of the bigger picture in life and there is to much in the pipeline to be pushing things that are just not working.
Thank you to everyone for everything. Every party, every meal ordered and every drink purchased.
We will close on Saturday 31st October. So there will be plenty deals until then. 💰
Thank you 😊
Stephen
