We have tried to be understanding, and give everyone the benefit of the doubt, we understand that with table service it can be easy to forget to pay your tab! But it’s quite clear that now, people are taking advantage. Over the past week there have been a number of walk outs, which we believe have not all been accidental. It’s very disheartening when guests can clearly see that it’s giving us so much extra work. We shouldn’t have to be on the look out for people trying to run out on their tab too. If anyone reading this, realises that they might be one of the groups that haven’t paid, and it was a genuine mistake, we would really appreciate that you call or pop in to rectify this!

Guest Notice 🔈

Service update:

To keep all our guests safe, we will be making the following changes to our service cycle in line with the Scottish Government’s Guidelines.

-Mandatory completion of Track and Trace.

-Masks must be worn when moving around the business and can be removed once your sitting in your seat (unless exempt).

-Return to table service.

-Guests will be encouraged to use our Sizzling App or order via the waiting team.

-Max of 3 households in a group.

-No vertical drinking.

-1m distance between tables in bar and restaurant.

-One-way system will be reintroduced with entry through the main doors and exiting via the side door.

-Regular sanitising of all touch points/door handles.

Thank you to all our guests for continuing to support us during these difficult times.

We are so sorry to announce that unfortunately our Hogmanay family party night has been cancelled. 😢

Of course all tickets will be refunded. We just ask that you bring them back to us along with the name the booking is under. ☺️

You are still more than welcome to come and see the bells in with us, we will be open until 12.30am. 🔔

It can be no more than 3 different households to one booking, no ordering at the bar. Table service or app order only. 🥂

The kitchen will close at 9pm.

Our soft play will still be open. 😁

Well I think Santa, The Elf and The Grinch have done an absolutely fantastic job over the last 3 weeks. 🎅 But more importantly than that, every single child that has visited us have been the best bunch! Happy, polite and excited 😍 The perfect mix 😍. We hope you all have the best Christmas and New Year 🎄

If anyone has any photos they’d like to share, we’d love to see them 😉

Remember we are open every single day over the festive period. Christmas Day meals are bookings only, but our bar is open to everyone. We all deserve a little drink after all that wrapping and organising, OR while our turkey is cooking 🥂 🍻

❗️ COVID UPDATE ❗️

In line with the latest Scottish government guidelines we will continue to operate as we have been doing over the festive period.

We will continue to ask that everyone;

* Provide Test & Protect details when entering.
* Wear face masks when moving around the business.
* Clean hands regularly, using sanitiser stations.
* Help avoid overcrowding at the bar by using our Order at Table service where possible.

We will continue to operate a strict cleaning and sanitising regime within the business.

We would also like to thank everyone for their continued support and look forward to seeing you all this festive period.
