NO – MORE – SLEEPS!
WAKEY WAKEY, RISE AND DDE SHINE … YOU’VE GOT THE UK’S BIGGEST MULTI-VENUE DANCE EVENT TO GET READY FOR!
Today is DDE Day and that feels amazing to be writing that! It’s time to get ready, it’s time to phone or message your mates and say, what are you wearing, time are we going out, what venue are we going to first, are we getting to the Rave Cave early so we can make sure we get in? Have you got our Closing Party t!ck3t? It’s time to get excited!
Before that though - there’s some handy stuff to know about and important admin to get out of the way first so you can have the best day possible.
BE SAFE AND LOOK AFTER YOUR MATES
The safety and well-being of DDE goers is our number one priority. We want you to have a great time but be safe! Pacing yourselves so you last the whole day is the name of the game… the Closing Party awaits you!
Please drink responsibly, party safe, look out for each other and take time out at some point during the day to have something to eat and drink some water to keep you hydrated - it’ll help you last the pace and get the most from your day. The Shack is at the Rave Cave … Gill will keep you fed with some of her amazing grub!
DDE RAVE CAVE
The DDE Car Park Stage under Live House is expected to be at capacity very quickly today, so please get there early if you’re planning to attend. If you don’t have a t!ck3t which guarantees you entry, you can pay at the door. You enter through the main doors of Live House on the Nethergate.
CLOSING PARTY T!CK3TS
T!ck3tS will remain on sale up until doors open at 9pm or until they sell out. It’s heading that way so get them ASAP! There will be a limited amount of pay at the door spaces kept aside as we know some people decide at the last-minute to go to the finale, but we would advise you to get a t!ck3t if you have any thoughts about going. BRING ID
DDE is for age 18 and above only, so the management in each venue reserves the right to refuse admission. They operate the Challenge 25 system so be prepared to be asked for ID. If you look young - bring your ID with you. No refunds will be given at the Rave Cave or Closing Party if you’re refused entry for not having ID or for any other reason.
DDE DAYTIME VENUES
There are 35 fantastic daytime venues all over the city centre that are free to attend, so if you find one at capacity, check the DDE App and see where you can go to next.
Now that’s out of the way … we can get down to the matter in hand and that’s to have an absolutely amazing DDE day!
