📄 Club Statement:

The committee of Dundee Violet JFC are delighted that the club has won the Midlands First Division this year, and we would like to congratulate the entire squad on this fantastic achievement.

This season’s competition has been tough, with strong teams throughout the league providing great fixtures and many memorable moments. We would like to thank the league and its member clubs for their hospitality and sportsmanship over the course of the season.

The club would like to place on record its sincere thanks to co-managers Shaun and Greg, along with their coaching team. Going into the season, with many new faces and a steep learning curve ahead, it was uncertain how the year would unfold. However, it quickly became clear that this group was building something special.

This season, we also lost our beloved George Ramsay. This league title is dedicated to him.

Finally, we would like to thank all of our supporters, sponsors, and volunteers. This achievement belongs to all of us, and it would not have been possible without your continued support.

We look forward to seeing you all next season.
