Belhaven – or “Beautiful harbour” – nestles among the rolling barley fields of the beautiful East Lothian coast, around 20 miles east of Edinburgh. For nearly 300 years, we have brewed in this place using only the finest local barley and choicest hops from around the world. Our brewery in Dunbar hosts a brand new shop and Visitor Experience, where you can participate in a guided tour of our brewery and a tasting in our very own pub - the Monks Retreat! Absolutely buzzing to be a part of Dunbar Music Festival again this year. Whether you are from Dunbar or coming from afar to soak up a fantastic line-up across 18 venues, don't miss Nico G live in the Monks Retreat, Belhaven Brewery!

Inspired by a range of genres, Nico draws on the musical styles he loves most, bringing his own original twist to established favourites. The blues, which have always fascinated him, go hand in hand with rock, pop and folk. His original compositions and innovative arrangements will surprise listeners with interwoven, overlying melodies, made possible by the combination of fingerpicking and flat picking techniques.
