You know we hate waste, and these nachos are the perfect way to use up the skins from our baked potato mash. 🥔

Seasoned with our spice blend, served with wild garlic mayonnaise, garlic oil, pickles and jalapeños. Finished with a generous helping of Parmesan cheese! 🧀

Served with buttered mash, carrot, short-rib stuffed mushrooms, Irish cabbage and bone marrow crumb.

Following Chris’ debut dish feature on James Martin's Saturday Morning, the spiced Cornish Cod Scotch Egg has become a popular staple on our menu. Served with curry mayonnaise and finished with seaweed, it is absolutely delicious.

We also have our slow braised pork cheek, finished with a fermented apple beurre blanc. The perfect dish this time of year.🤤

Did you know Mille-feuille means one thousand layers? 🤤

Since its birth in the 1600’s, followed by its refinement in the centuries to follow, the world has continued to adore this iconic dessert.

This is our take at The Tickled Trout. 😎

Layers of puff pastry, pistachio cream, and white chocolate mousse, with crème fraiche sorbet, lime zest and a lime reduction to seal things together.

Absolutely delicious!
