‼️EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES‼️

Apologies about the delay but we’ve made steady progress over the last few weeks with lots of necessary works being carried out to such a point where we will hopefully be able to open within a few weeks.

As such we are now actively recruiting a new team for the Eagle & Sun Droitwich 👌

For some roles we will need experienced hospitality professionals who are looking for a new challenge. For other roles however we’re looking for those individuals willing to adapt and learn in a new hospitality setting 🍾

We have both full-time and part-time positions available with hours flexible to suit but weekend availability will be essential.

Management positions are available for the right candidate.

We require chefs of all levels with a requirement for some to have breakfast and or carvery experience.

‼️A QUICK UPDATE‼️

Apologies for the lack of communication over the last few weeks.

Unfortunately the pub was left in a state that clearly it shouldn't have been with a number of issues discovered that have meant we've had no choice but to remain closed for this extended period.

Trying to organise new equipment and contractors to bring the trade kitchen up to a standard where we can legally prepare and serve food from has proven the most testing but the good news is these are now booked in for the week commencing the 8th June and with any luck we would hope to then provisionally open at some point the following week.

The cellar work is due to commence next week with some new draught products being installed with our beer lines cleaned and maintained by Clear Brew West Midlands South and we're busy working on our entire drinks range with amongst others a delicious new wine list with wines supplied by Juckes of Worcester

Whilst we've been closed we've been working hard clearing the site - a couple of skip fulls, sprucing it up, giving it some much needed maintenance and giving some areas a paintjob with more modest tones.

We've already had lots of interest regarding employment and we'll get back to everyone whose sent over their cv's. Having said that, anyone wishing to join us, please send over an up to date cv to [email protected] as we'll be looking to recruit the majority of the new team needed to open for breakfasts, carvery, coffee & cakes and pub meals, both out front and kitchen with experience preferred so we can hit the ground running as and when the time comes.
