Although it might seem early, many of you are already getting your Christmas celebrations booked in… so we’re VERY excited to give you a little sneak peek at what’s coming! 🦌🎄

Our Christmas festive menu for 2026 is dropping VERY soon, and we genuinely cannot wait to finally share it with all of you!

The crew have been busy behind the scenes creating something really special for this year’s celebrations, and if we do say so ourselves… we think it might just be our best one yet 🤭

A little heads-up: we won’t be open on Christmas Day, but our festive menu will be available throughout the month of December - keep your eyes peeled… you’ll want to be one of the first to see what we’ve been working on! 🎄✨

Joining us this Bank Holiday Monday? Say Hello to our New FOH Manager Alex! 👋🏼

She’s had her first weekend at The Chequers, and she’s already bringing plenty of personality, warmth and a very friendly welcome to the pub.

With years of experience in hospitality, she’ll be looking after everyone who walks through our doors - and we’re so, so happy to have her here!

Her favourite drink? Prosecco 🥂 Although the weather recently has called for red wine instead 🍷🌧️

Give Alex a big Chequers welcome, stop for a chat and introduce yourself. She’d love to get to know more of our lovely locals! 🤍
