Last night at The Chequers 🎸

Massive shoutout to Fraser from WildTone Entertainment for his incredible performance & tribute to Dolly Parton, and bringing the ultimate pub classic playlist with him to bringing the locals together 🙌🏼

The ultimate autumn pairing 🍂🍷

Crispy pork belly, dauphinois potatoes, bacon-crumbled Hispi cabbage, celeriac purée, c***r sauce & sage, paired with on of our favourite reds, Cima Blanca Malbec.

The rich, juicy character of the Malbec works beautifully with the crispy pork belly, a proper cosy-season pairing, made for settling in with on an evening after a stroll in the lanes of Cutnall Green this weekend… 🌾
