🧀 Cheese spotlight: Saint-Félicien from the Rhône-Alpes (Dauphiné) region of France, Saint-Félicien is a luxuriously soft cow’s milk cheese with a delicate bloomy rind.

Taste & texture:
• Incredibly creamy and buttery, almost spoonable when perfectly ripe.
• Mild, fresh and lactic with gentle hazelnut/mushroom notes and a subtle tang
• Smooth, velvety interior that melts on the tongue; the rind adds a whisper of earthy funk

Serve it with a local Bacchus wine or a light, fruity red, and plenty of baguette or fruit loaf to scoop up all that creaminess.

Drop into the deli, call us on 01366 321750, or book online from tomorrow.

Tickets: £40 per person
Places are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is required at the time of booking and tickets are non-refundable.
