Seasonal weekend specialities will include Native Oysters and Chapeldown Fizz, Roasted Chestnuts and Stout, Devilled Dover Sprats and Flint Dry White…we celebrate our Kentish Cornucopia! will be a haven at The Old Marine Station in Dover’s Western Docks: light- industrial and salvaged, yet dark, cosy and woody. This is not the Dover you know. Our bar is made from reclaimed Dover school desks, our shelves from old, shipped Lea & Perrin’s casks. Our tables, cable drums; lights, warehouse aluminium, saved from the skips. Everything a cool, contemporary pop-up pub should be… in the regeneration area some are already calling DoHo! Come and skate, or watch others slide about, or simply wonder at the cast-iron Edwardian architecture while enjoying premium food and drink and entertainment in the amazing, undercover heritage gem that is The Old Marine Station!
