It’s been a long 9 weeks but today i can officially say we are back open for business!! As of tomorrow our doors open to old and new faces welcoming you with the best coffee as always.
BUT we have been doing a little something special. We chose to add our own personal touch to our business and have a little revamp!! As of tomorrow at 8.30am our doors open once again but as Bessie’s Lounge.
G and I thought long and hard about what we could call our bar and coffee lounge. And only one name stood out. Who better to name it after than the queen of our family. The best nan & great Nan we could ask for. So naturally it made sense today for us to open to family only as we surprised Nan with the new lounge and name. And who better to officially open the doors for us than our queen.
I want to thank all my family for all your help over the last 9 weeks be it, child care, a shoulder to cry on, a bank to keep us afloat while we decided to make it our own. Hard work pays off and by god have we this time round put blood sweat and tears into making’Bessie’s Lounge’ what it is. After finishing revamping we was hit with the storm which set us back due to needing a new ceiling. But we can’t wait to share our new lounge with you all!
Focusing on making sure that whether you are having a good day or a bad one, we offer a friendly face and a listening ear along with our outstanding food and drinks.
