HEAD CHEF WANTED – THE NELSON, MUDEFORD

We’re looking for a Head Chef to join us at The Nelson in Mudeford and take the lead in our kitchen.

We’re building a food offering centred around proper homemade pub food, fresh local produce and plenty of fresh fish and seafood, making the most of what we have right on our doorstep.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience running or taking responsibility for a busy kitchen
• Takes pride in cooking fresh, quality food
• Can lead and motivate a small kitchen team
• Is organised, reliable and comfortable with ordering, stock control and food safety
• Wants to have genuine input into menus, specials and the direction of the kitchen
• Most importantly, actually cares about the food leaving the pass

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to put their own stamp on a kitchen and be part of building something from the ground up.

Competitive salary depending on experience.
