Today, we're raising a glass (or perhaps a pint) to Chiddingstone Dairy, which supplies us with one of the most important ingredients behind so many of the dishes we love. Milk!

We're big believers in supporting local businesses, and we're lucky to have such hardworking producers right on our doorstep. The care and effort that goes into what they do really shows, and we're proud to have their products in our kitchen.
