Please be aware there are roadworks scheduled this weekend on sections of Guildford Road between Westcott and Abinger and there will be road closures and diversions in place. Please ensure you leave plenty of time to get to us and if you have a booking you might be late for please give us a call on 01306 730 737 to keep us updated!

We have made the decision to extend these amended hours to also include tomorrow (Friday 26th June) so the kitchen will be closed between 2-6pm but drinks are available all day due to the continued high temperatures. We will be open as usual from the weekend.

Due to the extreme heat forecast from Tuesday 23rd to Thursday 25th June we’ve made the decision to temporarily reduce our offering and close the kitchen from 2-6pm for the next three days. At lunch time food will be available between 12-2pm and in the evening from 6pm. Drinks will be available throughout the day.

This is for the safety and well-being of our team as pub kitchens are hot on normal days, let alone in extreme heat, and we need to ensure the kitchen team have an extra opportunity to rest between services. Think of it like a temporary siesta! We hope everyone understands and we apologise for any inconvenience.
