We select beautiful cuts of beef and dry-age them in-house, giving time the chance to do what it does best — intensify the flavour and create wonderfully tender beef.

Then we cut it into proper steaks and cook it with the respect good beef deserves.

No shortcuts. No messing about. Just proper steak, cooked properly.
