Customer Announcement,

From Monday 19th July, we will be back to our normal opening hours (Sunday to Thursday 2pm to 2am, Friday & Saturday 2pm to 3am) and we'll also start serving sh**has again! 😁

There's no need to book as we will be walk ins only. Please remember to remain cautious and consider everyone's safety as well as yours. 🙂

Customer Announcement,

It's been a long time, and we've finally got some news for you.
We're officially opening form April 12th!

As you know, Outdoor hospitality will be allowed to reopen from Monday the 12th, and we're one of the venues that will be opening in April.

Our opening hours will be from 2pm to 1am everyday. (Opening hours might change in the future, we will keep you updated if they do)

We hope that everyone is well, and we can't wait to see you, but first we have to remind everyone of the rules:

Drinks only!
As per government guidelines, Sh**ha pipes are not allowed to be served at licensed venues that are planning to open their outdoors, so we will only be serving drinks until further guidance from the government. (We expect to be allowed to serve sh**has in May subject to confirmation from the government)

First come, first served!
Once we're at capacity we will not allow anyone else to enter. 2 hours Max per table

Track and trace!
We're going to need everyone's contacts details for track and trace purposes. The new rules have made it mandatory to ask every customer for their details before permitting entry, so please download the NHS track and trace app or have your contact details ready as you will not be allowed to enter unless you have given us your contact details.

Masks!
Wearing a mask will be mandatory to enter the building to gain access to toilet facilities so please have your masks ready unless you're medically exempt.

Table Service only!
Customers have to be seated at all times, we will take orders and payment at the table.

Rule of 6!
Up to 6 people from different households or maximum number of two households.

We just want to warn people and businesses in the town centre area to be careful as we've had someone break in this morning and smashing one of our windows.

They were arrested shortly after as our security alarm had gone off and police were called right away but the damage had already been done unfortunately.

If you see people looking inside closed businesses or suspiciously going up and down the same road and looking around, ring the police and report them as you might just save a business from being broken into, especially during these times where most businesses are closed and don't even have an income.

Dear customers,

As you already know, from Thursday 24th September, all the hospitality sector can only trade from the hours of 5am to 10pm.

New rules also include the following;

Table service only

Customers will have to wear a face covering from the point of entry until they are seated, face coverings should also be worn while using the toilets.

Staff members will also be wearing face coverings unless they are seated at a table.

These are the following changes we're making to comply with the new regulations;

-Our Opening times from Thursday 24th September will be 12:00 to 22:00 everyday.

-We will also refuse service and entry to anyone who isn't wearing a face covering on point of entry.
It's understandable that not everyone will carry face coverings at all times, therefore we will provide you with a mask at cost price if you didn't have one.

-We also encourage you not to come at later times of the day as once all our tables are full and we're at capacity, we will not let anyone else in.
