Another 100 miles down today — Ilford to Dover! 🚴💪 Just the short stint over to Calais left now. 🇫🇷
It’s been a seriously tough day — busy traffic through London, over Tower Bridge 🌉 and then all those lovely hills towards Dover! ⛰️😅
These guys are absolutely smashing it.
James’s legs might be wanting to give up at this point, but he certainly isn’t! 😂💪🚴
Another huge day ticked off. Paris is getting closer! 🇫🇷🗼

James, we genuinely don’t think words can quite express how incredibly proud we are of you.
From the very beginning, we’ve watched you take on something that has been far from easy. There have been tough days, difficult moments and more than a few emotional conversations...but through every single one, your determination and dedication have never wavered.
The few conversations we’ve had with you along this journey have shown us just how much this means to you. You’ve pushed yourself further than most people ever would, all for an incredible cause!
And you haven’t done it alone. The whole of Craft Union is behind you, along with your incredibly proud bar team and every one of our loyal patrons who have supported you along the way.
We’ve seen the effort. We’ve seen the sacrifices. We’ve seen the emotion. And now we’re watching you achieve something truly incredible.
So keep pushing, our James. 🚴♂️
When your legs are tired, remember how many people are behind you. When it gets tough, remember why you started. And when you finally reach Paris, know that there will be a very proud team back at The Greyhound cheering you on every step,or should we say, every pedal ,of the way. 🇫🇷
