Meet Taylor, one of our boutique bedrooms at The Coach & Horses.

Named after Roger Taylor, drummer of the legendary band Queen, there's a little piece of Norfolk history behind the name.

Roger Taylor was born at West Norfolk & Lynn Hospital in King's Lynn on 26 July 1949. In a lovely coincidence, the hospital's new maternity ward had been opened by the future Queen Elizabeth II, who was introduced to Roger's mother, Winifred Taylor.

Today, Taylor offers a very different kind of place to rest and recharge. Think a comfortable king-size bed, stylish en-suite bathroom and everything you need for a relaxing Norfolk escape.

Some dishes are made for a little indulgence…

Wild mushrooms cooked in garlic butter, served on golden toasted brioche and finished with fresh thyme, parsley and crispy shallots.

Earthy, buttery, full of flavour, with that perfect crunch on top. A starter worth slowing down for.

Our w**e pairing? A glass of Les Sardines Chardonnay by Domaine Lafage. Peachy fruit, fresh minerality and a subtle hint of spice make it a lovely match for the richness of the garlic butter.

We're looking for an experienced, reliable Housekeeper to join our team at The Coach & Horses, an AA 4-Star Gold Inn in Dersingham.

You'll play an important role in maintaining our boutique bedrooms and guest areas, ensuring everything is presented to the high standards our guests expect.

We're looking for someone with previous housekeeping experience, excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic, who takes pride in their work and can work confidently both independently and as part of a team.

THE ROLE

10–20 hours per week
9am or 10am start
Daytime shifts only, no evenings
Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends
£12.71 per hour, plus tips (around £2 per hour)
