🍻 WE'RE HIRING – BAR SUPERVISOR! 🍻

🤠 We're on the lookout for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join the Mary Lou's team!

We're a busy Texas-style smokehouse and craft b**r bar, and we need someone who knows their way around a bar, can confidently lead a team and isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up when things get busy!

🍺 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
✅ Leading and supervising our bar team
✅ Keeping the bar clean, stocked and running smoothly
✅ Changing barrels, cleaning b**r lines and handling cellar duties
✅ Making quality cocktails and delivering great service
✅ Helping with staff rotas, training and maintaining standards
✅ Supporting the restaurant floor team when needed
✅ Keeping bar and customer areas clear of empty glasses
✅ Managing bar closes, cashing up and end-of-night procedures
✅ Monitoring stock, reducing wastage and ensuring licensing and safety standards are met
✅ Taking a proactive approach to solving problems and managing day-to-day staff performance

🍹 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
⭐ Minimum 3 years' bar experience – essential
⭐ Cocktail-making experience – essential
⭐ Confident with barrel changes and b**r line cleaning
⭐ Previous supervisory experience preferred
⭐ Bar closing and cashing-up experience highly desirable
⭐ Reliable, professional and confident under pressure
⭐ A proper team player who leads by example and gets stuck in!

🕒 THE HOURS:
Approximately 30 hours per week, predominantly evenings and weekends, including late finishes.
