Hi all - sorry that Y Goron Fach no longer exists as a micro-pub, but I'll be appearing as a pop-up at various events during 2023/24, so keep your eyes open! Alyn

For those who haven't noticed, Y Goron Fach has closed. Very sorry to all regular and occasional visitors. However, I do plan to do a pop-up at some special events - perhaps the fireworks and roll-a-barrel - as I have done before covid.

Following clarification by the government, I am pleased to let you know that Y Goron Fach will be open this Friday 27th March, between 5 and 7 pm for takeaway sales, in addition to our home delivery service.

With Y Goron Fach being closed, I'm offering free home delivery for Real Ale and Cider. Currently beers available are:-

Barbarian Stout 5.5%
Speckled Jim Chestnut Ale 4.1%
Outlaw Brown Ale 5.2%
Dove Down Under Amber Ale 4.6%
I Presume Ale I.P.A. 6.0%
Y Mental Spiced Ale 7.4%

and Cider/Perry

Dee Cider - Sweet/Medium/Dry 6.0%
Perry - 7.0%

All at £3 per pint except Y Mental and Perry (7%+!) at £4

These are all available in the following containers, all of which are returnable and re-useable....

Plastic 1 pint bottle - 50p - can be re-used many times
Cardboard milk-carton type box - 2 pints - £1 - limited number of re-uses
Strong Plastic 4-pint Pressure Jug - £2 - very very re-useable

Just to let everyone know that we will be open on our usual Thurs/Fri/Sat eves from 4.00 unless we are forced to close. Obviously, if you or anyone close to you shows the relevant symptoms, then we'd ask you to stay away. And if you're in any of the particularly vulnerable groups then please think carefully before taking any risks. Please Note : We will be running the bar at the Henllan Extravaganza this Sat 16th, so it's very likely that we'll be late opening as we'll need to pack up from 4pm and get everything back to Denbigh. Apologies to all. Alyn
