🎯 Yes, yes… we know. Every pub in Dawlish is currently posting that they need darts players. 😂

But obviously, there’s one very important difference… Our team is clearly the best one to join. 👀🍻

We’re putting together our team for the Dawlish & District Darts League, with matches on Tuesday nights from October.

There’ll be league and competition matches, plenty of questionable throwing, probably even more questionable advice from the sidelines, and - most importantly - a cracking social night with a good bunch of people.

You don’t need to arrive pretending you’re Luke Littler either. If you fancy getting involved, making some new mates and representing The Gresham, come and have a chat with us or drop us a message. 🎯

And conveniently… today is Monday Club! 🍺

So why not pop in before 6pm, grab yourself a £3.90 pint and ask someone about joining the team?

Well… we’ve been here a while. 👀🍺

Thanks to David Force for finding this brilliant old photo of the Gresham House Inn... Apparently, there was once a time when standing outside the pub for a photo was an extremely serious business. And no, that's not Jon in the picture!

No selfies, no filters, no one shouting “CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP OUT THE BAGS UNDER MY EYES PLEASE?”

A lot might have changed since this photo was taken, but thankfully there’s still a pub behind that door. 🍻

Well… that all changed very quickly, didn’t it? 🍂😂

The evenings are getting darker, the weather’s starting to turn, and suddenly going out without a jacket feels like an act of reckless optimism...!

Yep. Autumn is definitely on its way.

But there is one thing that absolutely DOESN’T change with the seasons…
