Were open right through till after the match ends, with no tickets, wristbands or entry deadlines, just a proper pub serving proper pints right theough the match!

To warm up we have Mr One Night Only hosting karaoke from 9pm before the main event kicks off at 1am

Great news coming out today!!

We will of course be open to show the match and for a few celebratory drinks after the full time whistle too!

Our upgraded screens, projectors and soudsystems have been an incredible addition for the world cup so far, and after some more uogrades today and tomorrow it will be even better than ever.

We've had a fantastic turn out for all the games so far and cant wait to see you all for this one!

No AI here, a day in the baking hot sun spent well, flags buntings and flowers are up and we think the pub looks fantastic!

A great reaction from passers by so far today with plenty of cheering and pipping all day as the decorations went up!

All set for ENGLANDS 9PM kick off!

Not only have we dressed up the pub and the b**r garden but weve have a brand new projector installed last week to make sure the picture on the big screen is the best around!

DARWEN LIVE SUNDAY!!

3.00 - GARETH WILLIAMS
Gareth is no dtranger to playing here and across Darwen at other venues, mixing in loop pendal, acoustic guitars and violins to make a completely unique sound, a great set full of recodnisable covers and qwirky arrangaments. A perfect way to kick off our second day of live music.

4.00 - THE GAMBLERS

A proper Darwen Band, local lads who never fail to deliver, they absolutely smashed it at Darwen Live last year, weve had them back a few times since and they've absolutely packed the place out every time.

6.00 - RASPBERRY GLAM

An outragously good 70s Glamrock covers band.
If you dont know who these guys are you will do by the end of the day! Expect makeup, costumes and a ridiculous amount of energy from start to finish!

8.00 - BILLY AND THE BUSCUIT BROS
These guys need to introduction, this is the 3rd year these guys have closed Darwen Live for us and everytime they make sure we end with a bang!
A local trio who are so clean and tight its like listening to an album recording when they play. An insane amount of talent and profesionalism shows through their set and we couldnt think of anhbody else to bring a huge amount of energy for our final set of the weekend!

To close things off we have our resident karaoke host Beccy back to see us into the early hours, she smashes it every weekend and it went diwn a treat last night!

DARWEN LVE DAY TWO!!

We had a grwat day yesterday and want to thank all customers who came and payed us a visit and all the bands who played. Everything ran smoothly and on schedule amd all the bands went down an absolute treat!

Were ready to do things all over again today and with another scorcher on the cards were hoping for another great day!

We have the Bolton match on from 12 and then will be picking back up with the Live Music Lineup from 3pm!!

Hope to see you all at some point over the day!

3.00 - ACOUSTIC FM

This acoustic duo make use of hamonies, loop pedals, drum boxes and vocal filters to create a huge sound. Ashley has been hosting our open mics for the last fee years and thisnis a chance to see him in a full gig giving it his all in a new format!

4.00 - JB ACOUSTIC

James Broxton is an extremely talented local lad who first made his introduction to us at our Karaoke night, he turned up out of nowhere and started belting out some rock ballards, by then end of the night he had a gig booked for a few weeks later and he absolutely did not dissapoint!
A lively and upbeat acoustic act who just hapoens to be a top bloke too.

6.00 - BIG SWINGY THING

The more observant amosngst you might recognise there guys from last years Darwen Liver where they performed on Sunday under a different name and absolutely paxked the place out!
These guys have been playing here under muktiple bands for the last few years and have some of the best crowd reactions if any band we have. Expect the unexpected!

8.00 - GIRL GONE ROGUE

These guys have been delivering packed out gig around the area for a while now, they've been on our radar as a band to get booked in soon and what better time for them to have their Debut gig here than headlining our Darwen Live Saturday!!!

10.00 - Karaoke afterparty

After a day of listening to incredible music and one too mamy b**rs whats better to end the evening than a Karaoke Night?!?
That song youve had in your head since you heard it at lunchtime.... well nows your chance to make sure it gets stuck in everybody elses head too 😅
Our Karaoke host Beccy will be on hand to take all your requests and get you signed up to show us how its done!!
