Something a bit different to get our teeth stuck into is this es**rt rwd or G3 as alot of people refer to them as. This has some geomtry issues from when it was 1st built to rectify, via the grinder and welder. Then discuss with the customer which way to go foward with the car after its surgery......

Bias pedal box alterations.
Clutch pedal relief for the power steering solutions support tube to the bulkhead.
Fabricated gusseted brackets for new mustang fly by wire throttle pedal.

At £4k for a crate engine and 350bhp straight out the box, its worth doing, this will make an awesome fastroad/trackday car 💥👌🏼

2.3L ecoboost mk2 es**rt

Sorting some bits of fab work out.
Manufactured a gusseted rad surround, which is wider than a standard item due to the large rad & intercooler setup.
Now i need to have a good hard think how im going to make that bulkhead & bubble look 'something like' 🤔🤔🤔
Properly awkward engine conversion, soo much stuff attached to these new engines !

Will have these up for sale in a couple of weeks one rear needs re sealed under warranty

These were fully rebuilt mid 2025 and have only done 4 rallies

Dampers are gravel spec with tarmac springs ideal for Irish tarmac setup spring rating in pics
