This New Year's Eve we'll be bringing in 2026 in true Kings Arms style, with a fabulous 80's Films & TV themed Fancy Dress Party. We'll be giving out prizes for the best costumes, from Ghostbusters to Aliens, Die Hard to E.T, Dallas & Dynasty to The A-Team or Baywatch. There'll be LIVE MUSIC from the fabulous Damian Corbett playing all your favourite 80's hits, a Delicious Buffet, a special Kids New Year at 9pm so the little ones don't miss out. And of course there'll a Disco, Decorations, Confetti Cannons and the chimes of Big Ben at Midnight. Doors open at 7pm and Tickets are £15 for adults and £10 for under 16s. Tonight is the last quiz of 2025 here at The Kings Arms Community Pub at Strete, and it's our Big Fat Christmas Quiz and Fizz. The fun starts at 7.30pm with cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, lots of Christmas sweets for everyone and a Bottle of Fizz for the winning Team.
Please note there will be no Pizzas for quiz this week. So instead tonight will be a festive Quiz & Fizz with special offers on all our Sparkling wines and Prosecco.
