There are three main methods behind almost every drink on our menu:
• Build – ingredients poured straight into the glass over ice, simple and quick
• Shake & Strain – ingredients shaken hard over ice, then strained for a smooth finish
• Muddle – fresh fruit or herbs pressed to release flavour before shaking or building

Most cocktails use a combination of these to get the balance just right.
