The Spread at Darrington A cozy and inviting pub, tucked away in the village of Darrington, on the outskirts of Pontefract.
(205)

Situated in the picturesque village of Darrington, on the outskirts of Pontefract, a historic market town in the Borough of Wakefield, sits one of West Yorkshire’s best kept secrets – The Spread Eagle-at-Darrington pub. This newly refurbished pub serves amazing food and a good selection of ales, ciders and lagers, as well as a wide range of wines for those who prefer grapes over grains. The Spread is at the heart of Darrington village life and offers both locals and visitors a relaxed and friendly atmosphere welcoming both children and fur-children alike. Andy and the team are always on hand to make sure that every experience is enjoyable and memorable for those who walk through the pub’s doors.

Wendy will be at the spread if anyone would like any raffle tickets please ask and a big thank you 🙏 from me 🥰

Hi everyone
This is a personal request from your landlady Joanna who is doing a raffle in memory of Chelsey my close friend Claires daughter who sadly passed away unexpectedly.
We are doing our traditional Wreath making this year on
Monday 7th December
From 6pm
All raffle tickets will be available at The Spread just ask at the bar or myself 🥰
This event is fully booked so this is your only way of getting a table.
I know all our customers are amazing supporting me when ever we do raffles but this one is very close to my heart 💓 so let’s raise what we can for this Family.
