Simon and Lynsey are the heart of View Restaurant & Bar — the people who help make every visit to The George that little bit more special.
Simon is an incredibly talented chef, passionate about quality ingredients and proper flavour. The plates that leave his kitchen aren’t just meals — they’re the result of years of experience, graft and genuine love for what he does.
And Lynsey? She’s the face of the restaurant. The warm welcome, the friendly chat, the calm in the middle of a busy service. She keeps everything running smoothly and makes guests feel right at home.
Together, they bring the food, the atmosphere and the standard that sets us apart.
Hard-working, dedicated and a huge part of what makes The George what it is ❤️
