🔥 WHERE ARE THE HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONALS? 🔥

The Loft Steakhouse & Grill is looking for someone SPECIAL.

Not someone who just wants a few shifts.

Not someone who thinks front of house means carrying plates from A to B.

We’re looking for a proper hospitality professional. 🥩🍸

Someone who can own a section. Sell a steak. Recommend a w**e. Upsell a cocktail. Read a table. Handle pressure. Have a laugh. And make customers want to come back before they’ve even left.

We’ve got the restaurant.
We’ve got the food.
We’ve got the atmosphere.
We’ve got an amazing team.

Now we want another superstar. ⭐

At The Loft Steakhouse & Grill, Darlington, we take hospitality seriously — but we have a bloody good time doing it.

We want someone who:

🔥 Has genuine front-of-house experience
🔥 LOVES dealing with people
🔥 Understands that great service is also great sales
🔥 Has personality, confidence and energy
🔥 Notices the little things without being told
🔥 Can handle a busy Saturday night without falling apart
🔥 Takes pride in being brilliant at what they do
🔥 Wants to work somewhere they can actually make a difference

💰 WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

Excellent rates of pay + bonuses for the right person.

Great working environment.
A strong, ambitious independent business.
Proper opportunities to progress.
And a team that wants to be the best in town — not just another restaurant.

We don’t care whether you’re 21 or 51.

If hospitality is your craft, we want to meet you.

Think you’re the person we’ve been looking for?

👉 Drop us a message telling us who you are, where you’ve worked and WHY you’re bloody good at hospitality.

No boring CV essay required.

Come and show us what a proper front-of-house professional looks like. 🥩🔥
