We’re looking for someone to join the management team across The Vault & Market Tap at Darlington Market. 🍸🍺

This is a FULL-TIME position for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys leading a team and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.

We’re looking for someone who:

🍸 Has a passion for great drinks & hospitality
🔑 Can lead, motivate and support a team
🎶 Loves good music, events and creating a great atmosphere
⭐ Is organised, reliable and up for a challenge
🙌 Is just as comfortable leading from the front as they are getting behind the bar

With Market Tap upstairs in the Market Hall and The Vault speakeasy downstairs, no two shifts are necessarily going to look the same.

We’re not just looking for someone to run a shift — we want someone who can help us develop both bars and be part of what we’re building at Darlington Market.
