We’re really sorry 😭💔
We hate to do it, but our drinks prices have to go up. Like many businesses, we've faced significant price increases from our suppliers this year. We’re being charged 5-10% more for all of our drinks as of today, so our cheapest pints have had to go from £4.40 to £4.70, and our most expensive have gone from £5.60 to £6.00 🥲
All of our costs have gone up dramatically this year, and our bills specifically have more than doubled in the past few years. We've never increased our prices due to those bills, but we're doing our best to keep serving you great drinks in a welcoming atmosphere 💚
We appreciate your understanding through this, as we really don’t like putting our prices up. While on the topic, tomorrow is local election day, and who you vote for can massively impact small businesses like us and the likelihood of us sticking around for a few more years (and ideally keeping pints affordable!) 🍻
It’s going to decide whether we become a country of community and compassion, or hate and division. We aren't going to tell you which way to vote, but please make sure to do your research before blindly putting a cross on a party you only know a handful of things about ❌
There are some parties that truly care about communities and small businesses like ours, and there are parties that completely have the wrong priorities. If you have the time, PLEASE take a scan over some of these following links:
