Our story
We hope to show you what is possible when pairing beautiful food ingredients with wonderful drinks. From cheese & beer pairings to wine flights with cured meats or desserts.
We host regular food pairing evenings and tasting events every month where we bring in brand owners or representatives to take us through the journey they have gone through to create their amazing products and how they work with different types of food.
We also are excited about expanding peoples knowledge of food and drink and will be hosting regular training events for the local hospitality community to help grow their understanding of this complex and wonderful industry we work in.
