We won!!!! The Northern Echo best pub for 2026.
Thankyou so so much to everyone who took the time to vote for us. It is truly truly appreciated. We are so lucky to have such supportive customers and for that we are very grateful.
Also a big shout out to the staff who go above and beyond and who have got the pub to where it is today 😀

Join us for our first fundraising event, this is something very close to our hearts so we plan to make it quite magnificent, all proceeds will go to various cancer charities. 🩷
Over the years we have often raised money and sponsored for good causes and local charities, so we’re hosting our very own coffee morning in house! ☕️🍰🧁
There will of course be delicious home made cakes, raffles, games and more; bring all the company you would like.

Our new menu will be here on Tuesday! We have our winning pies of chicken and leek and the French onion and pulled beef pie, seafood tagliatelle, a beautiful mushroom and tarragon pork and our much requested Texan bbq pork Stack .
Plus more and of course our firm favourites. The chefs have done an amazing menu...could be our best one yet! Thankyou so much Chefs..Jess, Scott,Cheryl, Ginea, Jake and Dan x
