What an amazing week with pie week! Hundreds sold!
Our well deserved winner who won hands down was Jess our head chef with her French onion and pulled beef with a cheese crust served with cheese and onion potato gratin, roasted carrots and parsnips. A fantastic dish ! Well done ! Second place was to Scott with his childhood memory pie of mince and onion topped with mushy peas in a shortcrust pastry.
Very competitive are the chefs
but well done to all of them
Watch out for the next pie week but book early as it gets full quickly.

This time it includes last times winning pie by Scott of chicken, leek and mushroom pie and some new ones including...a french onion and pulled beef with a cheese crust, chicken balti and onion pie, sausage bacon, leek and mushroom pie,Scott's childhood memory pie the new shepherd's pie and a vintage cheddar macaroni cheese pie. Or do you prefer sweet? Apple pie, cherry pie , key lime pie and banoffee pie. Menu to follow soon..thankyou chefs...amazing job!! Who will be the winner this te !!
