💼 We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven Head Chef to join us at The Dragon in Crickhowell.

If you're looking for the rare chance to run your own kitchen, manage your own team, and build a name for yourself in a well-respected and busy restaurant, we’d love to hear from you.

This role suits an experienced Head Chef who is ready to take the reins, lead an existing team, and be fully responsible for our kitchen and team. You must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar environment and consistently deliver in volume & while maintaining excellent kitchen standards.

Applicants must hold at least a Level 3 food hygiene qualification and have relevant experience for the role. References will be required and followed up.

This position includes evening and weekend work, but as Head Chef, you will have flexibility in scheduling shifts with your team.
