This week, meet our very own pub manager, Kerry!

⏰Kerry has been the manager at the pub for 6 years now and we think you can all agree she does a fantastic job!

🍲Her favourite snack at the pub is the loaded cheesy fries

⭐Outside of The Oak, Kerry is the lead singer of a rock band, she loves playing darts and spending time with her family

💕Kerry's favourite thing about working at the Oak is the community and how all the staff and customers really get involved with everything, if anyone is ever in need then everyone rallies together

🎵We asked who her favourite artist was and she confirmed despite being the lead singer of a rock band she is actually a massive Swifty!

⏰BJ has been with us for a few years now
🍲Her favourite snack at the pub is the poppadom crisps with mango dip
⭐Outside of The Oak, BJ is a community centre manager specialising in youth work. She also has numerous part time jobs to fund her holidays which has resulted in an addiction to fridge magnets!
🥳Her party trick is she has a photographic memory
🗣️BJ's favourite thing about working at The Royal Oak is all the friendly faces, banter and lovely new customers who enter the doors
💕Funniest thing that has happened to BJ at work is she once got stuck in between the barrels in the cellar and sadly no one found her!

A fun fact about BJ is she cannot choose just one colour to wear, so tends to wear them all! Pop in to say Hello, she will likely be the one dressed in bright colours!👋

This week, meet Jess!

⏰Jess is one of our newest members of staff. We felt she became such a regular here, that she may as well be on the payroll!

🍲Her favourite snack at the pub is literally anything from the Indian restaurant!

⭐Outside of The Oak, Jess runs her own web and digital business. She also DJs in her spare time and will be playing here in October so keep an eye out for upcoming dates!

🥳Her party trick is she can down a pint in a few seconds! (we are confident you will spot her here when she is off shift so feel free to ask her to prove this)

🗣️Her favourite part about working at The Royal Oak is the people, she has been drinking here for 3 years so a lot of our locals will of course recognise her!

💕Jess enjoys being outdoors, kayaking, hiking and playing Rugby.
