🍻 WELL… IT’S FINALLY TIME TO SAY GOODBYE TO ALYSSA🎓😭

After working with us since the grand old age of 15, we’re saying goodbye (well… sort of!) to one of the most recognisable faces behind the bar. ❤️

Tomorrow, Alyssa swaps pulling pints, carrying plates and making desserts for university life in Salford, where she’ll be studying something to do with sport. 🏃‍♀️⚽️

Alicia has been a huge part of the Station Pilot family, and we’ll genuinely miss having her behind the bar—although we’re sure she’ll be back before she’s even unpacked!

Luckily, she’s not going too far. We’ll still see her parents every weekend… and, somehow, we’ve inherited a brother too!

Alyssa, we’re incredibly proud of you and wish you the best for this next chapter. Enjoy every minute—and try not to spend your entire student loan in the first week! 🍻
