It’s time for our next , and today we’re shining a spotlight on our baby kitchen apprentice who’s been away for a bit, but is officially back in action and taking the kitchen by storm!

Meet Callum, our unstoppable culinary dynamo!

🏍️ When he’s not busy cooking up a storm, you’ll probably find him talking about or riding his beloved motorbikes.

🍳 Callum has wanted to be a chef his entire life and is currently working hard to train to become a kitchen manager one day!

⚡ To keep his energy levels at maximum capacity, he runs almost entirely on an addiction to Monster energy drinks.

🗣️ Fair warning to anyone in the building: once he gets going, he literally will not stop talking… ever!

🍺 When the shift finally wraps up and it's time to unwind, his absolute go-to drink is an Asahi.

Make sure to pop in, say hello, and give Callum a massive welcome back next time you're visiting us! ☀️✨
