We’re incredibly excited to finally reveal the home of the newest addition to the Parsons Group — Ginger Tiger, Shipley Bridge!

A brand-new concept bringing together bold Asian flavours and all the pub classics you know and love. 🥢🍻

Expect crispy Katsu Curry, sizzling Noodles, sticky Korean Fried Chicken and plenty more Asian-inspired favourites… alongside Parsons Group classics like Cod & Chips, hearty homemade Pies, traditional Sunday Roasts and, of course, our Afternoon Teas. 🍛🍜🍗🥧

It’s officially been 10 years since we transformed The Parsons Pig into the pub you know and love today… and what a decade it’s been! ❤️

We’ve cheered (and occasionally cried 😅) through countless football matches ⚽, packed up more COVID takeaways than we can remember 🥡, celebrated Christmas parties 🎄, birthdays, family meals, first dates, Sunday roasts and so many special moments in between. 🍻🍛

But none of it would have been possible without YOU.

To every customer who’s walked through our doors, ordered a takeaway, recommended us to a friend, celebrated with us or simply popped in for a pint — thank you for being part of our story. ❤️
