The Craigellachie has 26 bedrooms, and it’s home to the oldest pub in Speyside: the Spey Inn, an old drovers inn dating back to 1703, and to the world-renowned Quaich Bar, where guests and tourists can savour over 1,000 single-malt whiskies alongside some of the best cocktails. The luxury valley of Speyside is home to 70% of whisky distilleries and the most famous ones such as Macallan, Glenfarclas, Glenfiddich, Craigellachie and many more, are within a 20-mile radius from the hotel.

There's a version of Speyside that only reveals itself after dark, candlelight, and unfolds over seven courses.
Welcome to nights at GEAMAIR, where The Single Malt Chef builds each course around the game, fish and produce of the valley, with whisky woven through as more than a pairing.

Our 'GEAMAIR Gastronomy Experience' brings the tasting menu together with a night at The Craigellachie Hotel and breakfast the next morning, so the evening doesn't have to end when the last course does.
If you prefer to make this part of a longer escape, add a night with dinner at the Spey Inn beforehand and turn it into our two-night 'Speyside Indulgence' package.

Three seasonal cocktails have landed on the Spey Inn menu, celebrating our World Whisky Day collaboration with two staples of Speyside: Walkers Shortbread and Aberlour Whisky 🥃

The Walker’s Old Fashioned, the Shortbread Espresso Martini, and the Speyside Highball - each one made with a bespoke shortbread syrup and served with a classic all-butter Walker’s Shortbread Finger.

Have you already tried them yet? They’re on the menu until 14 June, with the most popular serve remaining on the menu.

Three Scottish heritage brands, all with roots in Speyside and global impact, come together at The Craigellachie Hotel.

To celebrate World Whisky Day, we have created an exclusive menu of three shortbread whisky cocktails, made with a bespoke shortbread syrup, now pouring across The Spey Inn and The Quaich Bar, each paired with an all-butter Walker's Shortbread Ltd. Finger.

Choose from the Walker's Old Fashioned, the Shortbread Espresso Martini, and the Speyside Highball, depending on what the moment calls for. They will be available for one month, with the most popular serve remaining on the menu.
