Join our vibrant team at hare & Hounds a bustling pub restaurant renowned for its delicious food, warm atmosphere, and excellent customer service. We're seeking an experienced Chef to help drive our culinary success.

Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team. As a Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, contributing to menu development, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, following our recipes and presentation guidelines
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop new menu ideas and specials
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Manage and maintain stock levels of ingredients and supplies
- Work effectively under pressure during peak periods
- Contribute to kitchen training and mentoring junior staff

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a chef in a similar establishment
- Strong culinary skills, with a focus on traditional British cuisine
- Excellent knife skills and food preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
