Grove House has 26 bedrooms available and also offers several lounge areas for residents and any visitors to relax and enjoy their time here.

🎂 Happy 100th Birthday, Doreen!

Monday was a very special day at Grove House Care Home as our wonderful Doreen celebrated her 100th birthday.

Looking fabulous in her birthday tiara and “100 & Fabulous” sash, Doreen enjoyed a celebration surrounded by beautiful flowers, thoughtful cards and plenty of birthday treats.

From everyone at Grove House, we hope you had a truly wonderful day, Doreen. It was an honour to celebrate this remarkable milestone with you! 💐🎉

A little bit of silliness made our latest physical fun session with H3 Fitness even more enjoyable at Grove House! 🌈💙

There were colourful wigs, plenty of laughter and lots of smiles as residents joined in with gentle movement and exercise. Sessions like these are a wonderful way to encourage mobility, boost confidence and bring everyone together—but having fun is always the most important part!

A big thank you to H3 Fitness for another uplifting visit. We think everyone wore their new hairstyles brilliantly!

A lovely green-fingered afternoon at Grove House 🌸☀️

Our residents have been making the most of the sunshine, getting involved with planting, potting and brightening up our outdoor spaces with some beautiful flowers.

There’s something really special about gardening — the feel of the soil, choosing the colours, caring for the plants and seeing everything come together. It brings back memories, encourages conversation and gives everyone a real sense of pride in helping make the home look so welcoming.

A big thank you to our residents and team for getting stuck in and creating such a cheerful splash of colour around Grove House. We can’t wait to watch everything grow! 🌿💐

From everyone at Grove House Care Home, we’re wishing England the very best of luck in tonight’s World Cup game.

Our residents and staff will be cheering the team on and enjoying the excitement together, with plenty of football chat, memories of classic matches and predictions for the final score.

There’s always a great atmosphere when England play, and we’re looking forward to watching the action unfold.

Happy 86th Birthday, Rosemary! 🎉💙

We had a lovely celebration at Grove House as Rosemary’s family kindly brought in a beautiful cake and decorations to help make her day extra special.

Our team were all hands on deck, transforming the dining room with blue and white bunting, balloons, table decorations and a wonderful Coventry City themed cake — perfect for Rosemary’s special day.

It was a real pleasure to come together with family, residents and staff to celebrate such a lovely occasion. Birthdays are always special, but it’s the little thoughtful touches and shared moments that make them truly memorable.

When the weather is this warm, sometimes a roast dinner just has to wait! ☀️

This week at Grove House, we swapped the traditional Sunday roast for a lovely fresh chicken salad, served with fresh cut bread and a selection of tasty sides.

It was the perfect lighter lunch for a hot day, still full of flavour and prepared with care by our wonderful kitchen team.

Keeping everyone comfortable, cool and well-fed is always our priority — and judging by these plates, this was definitely a popular choice! 🥗🍞

Fun with music and movement at Grove House. 🎶

Our residents enjoyed a lovely lively session filled with music, smiles and plenty of rhythm. From shaking tambourines to joining in with familiar sounds, it was wonderful to see everyone getting involved in their own way.

Activities like this are not only great fun, they also help support movement, coordination, memory and wellbeing. Music can bring back happy memories, lift spirits and create those lovely moments of connection between residents and staff.

A simple afternoon of music, movement and laughter — just what we love to see at Grove House. 💛
