All Seeing Eye Brew Co. All Seeing Eye is a small output brewery set up in Coventry in early 2015.

It is currently embarking on an experimental period of brewing evolution employing the use of oak, wild yeast and traditional souring methods to create unique and big flavoured beer. With an eye on establishing an extensive rotating range of outlandish beers, expect a steady stream of hoppy IPA's, zesty Sours, big Stouts and fruity Saisons over the coming months with recipes evolving from batch to batch.

Our first release of May comes in the form of Half Grain of Sand Vol. 2 (3.1%)

This ever-evolving Small IPA is packed full of big American hops with Centennial taking care of the bittering and the aroma coming courtesy of Mosaic and the hyped-up hop of the moment, Equinox. This beer is now available at Beer Gonzo and a small amount will be on sale at Inspire.
