Jerk is more than just a seasoning, it’s a part of Jamaican history🌶️

Passed down through generations, it is a cooking tradition rooted in culture and known for its bold spices, smoky flavours and iconic ingredients like Scotch bonnet, pimento and thyme.

At Turtle Bay, jerk is at the heart of our kitchen. From the layers of spice to that unmistakable smoky heat, it’s a tradition we’re proud to celebrate!

This National Jamaican Jerk Day, we’re sharing a little of our love and knowledge of jerk with you. Swipe for more! ✨
